Fristam Global Summit 2025

Fristam recently welcomed colleagues, subsidiaries and regional partners from around the world to its Global Summit and Sales Meeting at the company’s new manufacturing facility in Taicang, China. For a full week, teams from every corner of the world came together to connect, share ideas and align around a common vision for Fristam’s future.

Taking place in Fristam’s 116th year, the summit was an important opportunity to reinforce what unites the business globally — a commitment to engineering excellence, strong partnerships and a consistent, customer-focused approach in every market.

Throughout the week, international teams from engineering, sales, service and management took part in workshops, breakout sessions and open discussions. These sessions focused on aligning short- and long-term priorities, strengthening technical collaboration and ensuring the Fristam message is communicated clearly and confidently around the world.

Hosting the summit in Taicang also allowed visitors to experience Fristam China’s new state-of-the-art production facility first-hand. The site reflects a significant investment in modern manufacturing technologies, quality systems and sustainable operations, and plays a key role in supporting customers across Asia and beyond.

A dedicated part of the programme was devoted to Fristam’s South-East Asian distributor partners, who joined the summit for regional meetings and a full facility tour. These long-standing partnerships are essential to Fristam’s success in the region, and the sessions provided an opportunity to strengthen collaboration, align sales and service approaches and agree clear goals for the future.

Beyond the meeting rooms, colleagues and partners also shared time exploring Chinese culture together, including visits to Shanghai and Suzhou. These moments helped build personal connections and reminded everyone that Fristam’s strength lies not only in its technology, but in the people behind it.
